Streaming site Netflix recently launched its cheapest, mobile-friendly plan to entice new and potential customers.

How much you ask? PhP 149.00 only!

According to the site, the Philippines is among the five countries (including India, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand) with the mobile plan. The news was confirmed by Netflix's director of product innovation Patrick Flemming.

He further added that based on their research, Filipinos use their phones when consuming online content twice as much as the rest of the world does.

The new plan allows you to have unlimited access and play shows and movies on smartphones and tablets only. Similarly, there will be no ads and you can create five profiles. However, you can only watch one screen at a time. Furthermore, you can also download movies and shows so you don't have to worry about internet lags when you're heading out.

What's even more exciting is the fact that first-time users, as well as current subscribers, can enjoy the plan at a more affordable price.

How to avail? If you're a current subscriber, simply go to your settings and change your monthly subscriptions to PhP 149.00. For new subscribers, you can sign up and choose the monthly PhP 149 plan upon checkout.

That simple. So, shall we Netflix and chill?
